Polyline is a children's travel brand creating guides, games and activity books that help kids aged 5–10 discover the world with curiosity and confidence. Every product is designed to be used before, during and after a family trip — turning travel into a meaningful adventure rather than just a holiday.

Polly is Polyline's main character, travel buddy - a warm, curious girl who appears throughout every guide and game. She introduces new topics, guides children through activities, and celebrates every discovery. Kids connect with her immediately and she's a big reason they want to keep going to the next page.

Tokyo, Rome and Marrakech are available now in digital format. Printed versions and new cities are coming soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when something new launches.

Everything Polyline makes is designed for children aged 5–10. A 5-year-old will enjoy the guides with a parent reading alongside or listening to Polly's guidance, while an 8–10 year old can work through them independently.

It's the complete Polyline city guide in interactive PDF format - 100 pages of cultural stories, geography, language basics, food, traditions, history and activities, plus parent tips and a ready-made 2–3 day family itinerary. Your child can fill in activities directly on a tablet, laptop or phone, and save their answers as a personal travel memory.

Yes. The PDF has fillable fields so children can type directly into activity sections and save their answers.

Yes. The animated QR video rewards are built into the digital guide exactly as they are in the printed version. Your child completes a task, scans the QR code with any phone or tablet camera, and unlocks a short animated video — no app needed.

FAQ: Digital Travel Games

Each city has four games designed to take children from curious to city expert. Flash Cards introduce the city's culture and language. The Discover Journey explores food, traditions and city secrets. The In Action Journey sends kids on 12 real missions to complete across the city. The Expert Quest is an 18-question final challenge to prove everything they've learned.

After purchase you receive a QR code. Scan it with any phone or tablet camera and it gives instant access to your child’s games on a dedicated Aharta educational platform. No app download needed, no account required for the child.

The games are hosted on a trusted partner’s educational platform designed specifically for educational and entertainment for children. It is safe, ad-free and requires no personal information from your child to use.

Absolutely — and we recommend it. The Flash Cards and Discover Journey are perfect for building excitement and knowledge before the trip. The In Action Journey is designed to be used on location in the city. The Expert Quest works best at the end of the trip as a final celebration of everything learned.

FAQ: Orders & Delivery

Instantly. Your download link or access QR code is emailed to you automatically the moment your payment is confirmed. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Yes. Once you download the PDF, you can use it on any device in your household. For Digital Travel Games, your QR code gives access for 7 days from the date of purchase, so we recommend scanning it when your child is ready to play. Your purchase is for personal, single-family use.

FAQ: Printed Travel Guides

Printed guides are coming soon. Subscribe to our newsletter and we’ll notify you as soon as they’re available - subscribers always hear first.

An 18×18cm softcover book — a beautiful square format that feels different from any standard travel guide. Around 100 full-colour pages with Polly, illustrated spreads, activity pages and QR codes printed directly on the page.

Yes. When printed guides launch, we plan to ship worldwide. Exact shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed at that point.

FAQ: Refunds & Problems

Because digital files and access codes are delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been accessed or a QR code has been used. If you experience a technical problem with your file or access, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

Email us at polina@polylinetravel.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement file or a new access link within 24 hours.

All sales are final on digital products. Please double-check your city selection before completing payment. Once the download link has been sent, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

All four games are unlocked through the same QR code. If something isn’t showing correctly, email us at polina@polylinetravel.com and we’ll sort it out immediately.
